Please note that we only have English, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) languages .
Please also note that all emails, insurance claims, and other texts after subscription will be provided in these languages (the language indicated on the application).
However, please note that not all guidance can be translated automatically, although you can use the translation function on your smartphone or PC browser to switch to your own language.

Common Errors: About Password
Numbers, letters of the alphabet (both upper and lower case are required) and symbols are needed.
Please enter a combination of alphabets, numbers, and symbols. You cannot proceed with only alphabets and numbers. (An error will result).
Please enter a password of 8 to 16 single-byte characters.
Use a combination of English, numbers, and symbols ($ % & * + , - . / = @ _ ).
For example: Tokiomarine@1234 would be upper case (T), lower case (okiomarine), symbol (@), and number (1234), so we can proceed.

The first step is to enter the schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions: Insurance Start Date
For those who have entered Japan, please set the insurance start date as tomorrow, not today. If a family member applies before the date of entry in Japan, the application can be set up from the date of entry.
The insurance starts at 12:00 midnight on the day following the date of entry.
Example: January 1, 18:00 entry and application completed → insurance starts at 0:00 on January 2.
Subscriber Entry
The policyholder (the person applying for insurance) must be an individual 18 years of age or older at the time of application. (Corporations and children are not eligible to apply.)
Enter the insured
The insured (the person to be covered by the insurance) will be entered.
(1) Click COPY for cases where the policyholder = the insured.
(2) The policyholder and the insured person are different. (Any age is acceptable, even a 100 year old)
Answer two questions
1) Questions on Insured Person
Questions for the insured (those eligible for coverage). Only those who answer "no" to all of the questions can enroll.
(2) Processing of Premium Refunds for Terminated/Cancelled Policies
Procedures for premium refund in the event of cancellation or lapse. However, premiums will not be refunded if the remittance is considered an overseas remittance under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, such as to an account outside Japan, or if the bank charges exceed the amount to be refunded.
It is best to apply after your schedule is finalized. We recommend the day before or after your arrival in Japan.
