For those who applied for TOKIO OMOTENASHI POLICY but got an error message at the end of the application process

  • I got a debit notice from my bank for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to!
  • I got an error at the end of my application!

I didn’t receive an e-mail notifying me that my subscription has been completed!

If you come to Japan with your family, you will need to enter the number of people in your family.  If three people come to Japan, only one person can be entered at a time, so three procedures are required.

It is the most common, trouble.

Originally, you will receive a [Thank you for subscribing] email. (It will not come in Japanese.)

There is a URL in that email to check your policy details, and subscribers can check their policy details at any time, so please try logging in from there.

  • Please enter the e-mail address you entered in the application as your Log-in ID.
  • Please also enter your Password.
  • You will receive an email, so check your email.

The email will contain a one-time password.

I got a debit notice from my bank for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to!

This way, I looked and there is no deal!

And my credit card company (bank) is contacting me to debit my premiums! What should I do?

Now it may show on the screen that the debit has been completed or is scheduled to be deducted from your card, but it will not be automatically refunded or ded ucted from your card.

I am not going there, and Tokio Marine & Nichido will not tell lies.
